Pat's has been family owned and operated since 1955 by the Cabala family.  Father Pat founded Pat's and now four of his children along with grandchildren are carrying on the family tradition.

Pat's specializes in the finest fresh Meat and Produce along with a full service Bakery and Deli.   Pat's Do it Best Hardware has been voted the "Best of the Best Hardware" by the Saginaw News for the past three years. 

Pat's takes pride in their top notch service--with the motto "Service is the reason for our Success".  We offer a full carryout service along with going out of our way to get hard to find products for our customers. 

Pat's and the Cabala family believe in giving back to their community.  They have donated over 1 million dollars back to the Freeland Community.
